My summer at the adults-only water park…

When the bus dropped me off outside the entrance, the sign to Azure Lagoon Resort was lit brightly by the morning sun, and I remember smiling. A breeze moved through the loose strands of my hair and carried with it the sound of laughter and the faint smell of chlorine from somewhere beyond the pines.

“Sarah?”

I turned to see the young woman who had called my name. She had long blonde hair and was wearing a blue uniform with yellow trim.

“That’s me,” I said. “Nice to meet you.”

“Nice to meet you too. I’m Rose, by the way.” She extended her hand and I shook it. “Congratulations on getting the job and welcome to Azure! I’ll be showing you around today. Do you need any help carrying your stuff?”

“Oh, sure, thank you!”

“No problem,” she said, taking my suitcase by the handle, moving with the easy confidence of someone who had done this before. Her smile came quickly and stayed there, bright and unguarded. I decided I liked her. “Are you nervous?”

“A little,” I admitted as we started toward the treeline, the suitcase wheels bouncing on the dirt road. “I’ve never worked at a holiday resort before.”

“Don’t worry,” she said, her hand briefly touching my arm reassuringly. “You’ll get used to it here. Everyone does. Ready for the tour?”

I followed her through the main entrance, the dirt road giving way to paved walkways, ornate plants and decorative signs leading the way to various areas of the park. Main Pool. Hotel. Spa.

Inside the lobby, the floor-to-ceiling windows made the space feel open and bright, each panel looking out onto what could only be described as paradise. Multiple pools sparkled under the morning sun, connected by winding waterways that disappeared behind lush greenery. It was still early, but people were already enjoying the facilities; some lounging on pool chairs, others floating lazily in the water.

“The lagoon areas are our main attraction,” Rose explained as she gestured toward the pools. “We have five interconnected pools, each with different temperatures and activities. The central pool is where most guests congregate. C’mon, let’s go take a look. You can leave your bags behind the check-in desk.”

We made our way down to the water, following the winding paths of decking until we emerged at the edge of the main pool. It was ringed with palms and thick beds of tropical plants that leaned over the edges, and in the center of it all, a tall column where three brightly colored water slides spiraled outward and back down to the water. Every few seconds a rider would burst from one of the twisting tubes with a rush of spray and laughter before splashing into the pool below.

Beside us, a woman stepped carefully down the wide tiled stairs into the central lagoon, one hand holding the rail, the other gathering her long dark hair over one shoulder. Her bikini was white, the fabric thin enough that it turned almost translucent where it brushed against the water, and when she reached the last step, her hips shifted slightly from side to side as she adjusted her balance. She turned in the water, and I could see the outline of her nipples. I felt my face flush as I tried not to stare.

Rose noticed my reaction. “Yeah. It can be kind of a lot at first. People don’t tend to wear much here. I guess that’s one of the perks of it being an adults only resort. Our main market is eighteen to thirty year olds.”

“Yeah, no, it’s fine,” I said, eager to make a good impression. “I get it! Everyone looks great!”

“Except us,” Rose said, indicating her uniform. It was blue with a yellow trim, her tank top cut low enough to show the smallest hint of cleavage, and the shorts stopping at the top of her thighs. “To be honest, it’s not such a bad uniform once you get used to it, and there’s some flexibility. You can choose between the tank top or a crop top version, shorts or a skirt.” Her eyes swept over me again and she smiled. “I think you’d look killer in the crop top. But it’s up to you.”

“Oh, uh, thanks!” I said, suddenly aware of my own body.

“The private cabanas are over there,” she continued, pointing to a series of structures partially hidden by palm trees. “Guests can rent them for additional privacy. Each comes with its own small pool, lounge area, and service button.”

I peered over at the wooden structures as we walked. In the one closest, two girls lay side by side on their stomachs on adjacent loungers, talking quietly, leaning toward each other, their faces close. The girl in red laughed at something, her hand resting casually on her friend’s thigh, fingers idly tracing small circles against her skin. Before my mind could start to imagine the nature of their relationship, Rose had moved on.

“The staff-only corridors are behind those doors,” Rose said, pointing to several discreet entrances along the pool deck. “You’ll need your badge to access them. They allow us to move efficiently without disturbing guests.”

She led me to one of these doors, swiping her badge to open it. The corridor was cool and dimly lit after the bright sunshine outside.

“The security systems here are state-of-the-art,” Rose explained as we walked. “Cameras in all public areas, but none in private spaces like the cabanas or the spa. We take guest privacy very seriously.”

She paused at a junction in the corridor. “The relaxation rooms are through here. Would you like to see one?”

I nodded, curious about what she meant by “relaxation rooms.” She opened a door to reveal a softly lit space with several comfortable-looking beds arranged around a central water feature.

“Guests can book these for private relaxation sessions,” Rose explained, her voice lowering slightly. “They can request specific services. Massage, meditation, or just quiet time alone.”

We stood in the doorway, watching as a woman lay on her stomach while a staff member worked on her shoulders. The woman had her eyes closed, a look of bliss on her face, and she made a soft sound as the staff member’s hands moved lower down her back. Rose turned to me and smiled her easy smile. “C’mon, let’s leave them to it,” she whispered.

As we emerged back into the sunlight, she pointed to flowing water that twisted and turned around the corner. “The rapids system connects all the pools, and guests can float through the entire complex without ever getting out of the water.”

We walked along the edge of the rapids, watching as people drifted by in the gentle current. Some were alone, others in pairs or groups, their bodies close together as they navigated the twists and turns of the waterway.

“Behavior expectations are straightforward,” she said as we continued walking. “We’re here to ensure guests have the best possible experience. That means being attentive to their needs, anticipating requests before they’re made, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.” She paused, looking at me seriously. “And like I say, discretion is paramount. Things can get a little…wild here sometimes, and what happens at Azure stays at Azure. Guests trust us with their privacy, and we never break that trust.”

I swallowed.

“Don’t worry. It’s not that crazy. Anyway, you’ll learn to read situations. Some guests want more attention, others prefer to be left alone.” She took a step closer to me. “What do you think?”

“It looks good,” I said, swallowing, our breasts almost touching, suddenly aware of how close we were standing. For an insane moment, I thought she might kiss me. But then she stepped back.

“Anyway, that’s it for my part of the tour!” she said, performing the cutest little bounce I’d ever seen, almost like an anime character. “The main office is just behind that door there. I think Mara’s going to show you the staff accommodation and discuss your shifts with you. She’s the big boss. A little scary at first, but she’s lovely, really. Anyway, it was great to meet you, and if you ever need me, I’ll be around.”

I thanked her, gushing for a moment about how helpful and nice she was. She accepted it gracefully before heading off in the direction of the private cabanas and disappearing behind the trees.

Alone here for the first time, I watched as a group of three women walked along the edge of the lagoon, their sandals dangling loosely from their fingers. One wore a green bikini with gold rings connecting the straps at her hips. The rings caught the sunlight as she walked, flashing briefly, her hips moving naturally with each step, her body loose and relaxed, the fabric so sheer I could almost see the line of her pussy.

I reassured myself that this was good, that this was the perfect summer job between my university years. But as I headed toward the double doors of the main office, I had the strange feeling that working at Azure Lagoon Resort would change me in ways I couldn’t yet imagine.

And, as it turned out, I was right.
